Having all conversations in one place is a must! At least chat, email, and SMS. It would be great to have FB, IG, GMB, etc. But FT already does chat, email and SMS. Just bring all communications into one area.

this feature (FB messanger and whats app) has been "coming soon" for longer than ive been a customer, roughly about year. and in my opinion crucial for an automation platform. so important in fact that ive had to send this off to manychat long ago to get it handled. please get this done FT team, your customers, and mostly early adopters, are voicing the need and waiting!

Web Chat, Email, SMS, Calls, FB Messenger and WhatsApp (maybe Skype?) all in one place, would take care of the "primary" communication methods for most business users.

Agreed! This is something that me and my clients appreciated about GHL. Every outgoing and inbound message IN ONE CHAT BOX. Whether it was email, an outgoing automated text, an inbound call, it would all be right there in one window as a whole, un-fragmented conversation with a lead. Really hoping FT implements this soon!
