Skip to Branch/Step in Flow

I need the ability to move a contact that's currently in a Flow from one step to another, at will (not coded into the automation).
Ideally, this should be achieved from their flow activity but could also be from within the Flow itself (this would require you to show the contacts queued at each step).
Also, have options to skip the step and not process any actions in between OR skip the step and process all actions in between.
