Reputation Management System for FlowTrack

There is no amount of fancy funnels, websites, or automation that can help a business with a ONE star reputation.

Reputation Management is VERY fundamental to the success of small business owners.

A reputation management system built in TrackFlow should be implemented like a third party Reputation Management system so that SMB clients can "own" the reviews. These functions would be necessary:

1. Trigger to solicit a review right after service/sale.
2. Store the review in form/database
3. Assess the review - Below 3 Star - Notify Admin immediately so the issue can be corrected BEFORE customer/client leaves premises.
4. For 4 and 5 Star reviews - encourage the customer/client to make a related review at "select" review site.
5. FT System pick the review site based on "urgency" rules. Ex. more reviews directed to site to counter a bad review there...
6. FT System would "monitor" review sites like GMB, Yelp, etc. - and alert Admin if there are reviews with 3 or less stars.
7. FT System would extract reviews from review sites to store in database. Reconcile duplicates.
8. FT System would allow review summary/all stored reviews by source (FT, GMB, Yelp, etc) to be shown via Client's Dashboard for summaries or Review database.
9. FT system would allow the display of "filtered" reviews (ex. 4 or 5 star reviews only, current year only, pagination when too many, etc) using Javascript - so reviews can be displayed on client's web pages or other locations where applicable (review page, blog).

Some people have suggested that reputation management can be done with a work flow (like how it is implemented in GoHighLevel) but some of the functions (#6, 7, 8, 9) enumerated above cannot.

I agree with the above! 1000% - I wish Flowtrack had features to offer clients that they could use to Automate business growth like the following...
1. Missed call auto-text back
2. A way to get Reviews

Integration with YEXT can quickly provide for backend Reputation Management with the added benefit of Listings/Citations for SEO. FlowTrack might be even able to do a better integration with Yext compared to other FT competitors.

Important note: Reputation Management makes for a very sticky service - meaning clients will keep FT longer. A couple of reviews can be cut and pasted but if you have hundreds or thousands of reviews - that would be a difficult task to move around.
