please add release notes for updates (preferably a hyperlink included in the update notification) so we know whats being added to the system

As of 10 months ago, this was marked as live... but as of today, I still do not see any info or heads up as to what has been updated when this message appears. I only get a message stating there is an update, save my work, and a button to update like the OP screenshot above. Would be nice to know what has been updated when/or before clicking the update button.
