Receive a call, press 1 to call lead when a form completed

The best feature I've used from any CRM is that when a lead fills out a form I get a whisper call. I'm told to press 1 to call the lead or 0 to ignore. This way I can call the lead as soon as they fill out the form when their interest is highest
