Recaptcha for forms

I would like to add recaptcha on forms to control the amount of spam I get from forms. Can you help with this?

Be very careful how this is implemented. I have seen too many Captcha implementations where just a single click anywhere accepts user as not being a robot.
Personally I feel that the variations that ask a user to key in the funky strings or select all squares with say a car in them are least likely to be hacked.
Ideally build support for multiple types of Captchas and allow site admin to chose the preferred type (and change it if needed).
