Wouldn't it be cool to have a checkbox inside the flow builder settings - "Pause flow on Federal Holidays" [checkbox]
The challenge here would be to have different sets of holidays per each user's country of residence.

I don't think it'd be too challenging with a spreadsheet and users filling out the main major holidays. Just need a couple columns. Country & Holidays Celebrated.
