Improve System Pipeline on Main Page

Currently, the system pipeline shows up in the main page, but it has the following issues:
1. The buttons do not link internally; they always open a new page. They should open the internal link they are associated with; meaning the navigation menu icons' associated links.
2. The buttons showing in the pipeline should have the ability to open a popup window. I am thinking on using it to show training videos to my customers right then and there. Currently they open a new page. It defeats the purpose of having an app if it's going to take you away from it to use it.
3. We need the ability to change the words under where it says Your Account is Active, and the title right before the displayed pipeline that reads Get Online with... Currently that is not possible.
The pipeline items do not load correctly, after 20 items it gets stuck in loading.
I made this video for support back on the 3rd of March, and they were working on it, but I thought I would put it here in case others have suggestions I have not thought about.
