Global Headers and Footers

Instead of copying the header and footer sections, why not have something like the custom code editor in Site Settings. This way you work on a 1 header and 1 footer and there are there automatically for every page you create. This lets you focus on the main content of the page you are working on and allows you to make any changes you want to the header that applies to globally.

Putting a "global/not global switch" with the global headers and footers, would add to this wish, because some pages will want to be landing pages.

I’m looking forward to this feature. Hope the dev team can integrate it in their platform. I brought while label package to onboard my other apps.

FYI you can save sections of your websites. So either:
1. you can create a Header / Footer sections and load them in when you create a new page
2. Save a full website as 1 section, where you change up the content

Now with that being said, it would be nice to be able to create / save full site templates. Additionally, I Would like to see how they handle the creating a "blog" ticket, that might just make this ticket irrelevant.

Not quite the same as having a global header and footer for each site. Of course you can create a "template" and duplicate pages, save sections. But in reality that isn't quite how templating works in development. Global Headers/Footers would not be multiples they would be one source/asset that would be pulled into each page. This way not only can you pull them in to every addition page that is created for a specific site, any changes that may have to be done mid development will be made to every "instance" of that global section. I give you credit though, blog elements would be addition, and I have never seen someone campaign so hard to make their wish-list suggestion a reality lol. But Global verses static template or "duplicates" global wins every time in development when it comes to efficiency and work flow. Global headers and footer are key elements to most blog systems, so I wouldn't say it is irrelevant lol I would argue that it's actually one of the key elements lol.
