I think I speak for the entire congregation when I say we NEED basic email stats like Email Open Rates and Email Click Rates.
I understand we can create a Flow that will wait for them to open it and then do an action, but that will not produce important deliverability/conversion rates.
I'm a marketer, so not having this feature and simultaneously promoting this software is a bit sketchy on my part, lol

This is still badly needed.
You already have the rough data in flows, we just need to track open and click rate and display it either in Flow History or a flow reporting.

I'm sure the flowtrack team is coming up with some great stats. I just want to pitch in what I look for and what I ask my clients to look for when sending emails. The screenshot is of my excel sheet that tracks email campaigns' results. It highlights in red any variable that is not performing compared to the whole. It would be nice to have at least the following variables tracked:
Name of email campaign or flows within a campaign, total emails sent out, total emails bounced (sum of soft and hard bounces), soft bounced emails (full inbox, large attachments), hard bounced emails (non-delivered emails due to account closures), total subscribers, total unsubscribers, total spam reports, delivery rates, total opened emails, open rate, number of clicks, CTR, churn rate. All with the ability to select date ranges. Also, it would be awesome to track and report on open and click times as well as days.
