We own a tabletop advertising business and we would like to send emails to our customer to gather ad copy for their ads. We would like to be able to track if the customer has returned an email with their ad copy. If they didn’t we would like to send a follow up reminder emails every couple of days or at whatever interval is needed. We do not want to send reminder emails out if they already sent us their head copy. We also have a couple of other tasks that we need to track if the customer responded back or not… Example sending out proofs.
Might it be possible to add buttons to the email approved or denied?
I’m sure other types of companies need to gather information from their clients and they could use this similar workflow.
