Can we have sound and visual notifications when a chat is being accessed? The chat makes absolutely no sound or notification so we know someone is trying to contact us.
Also, the "Chatbot AI" footer seems redundant, since it's not even a sales page for FlowTrack, can it be edited or removed? Thanks
