The ability to create chatbots for incoming chats. Automated replies based on text the customer entered or a menu. ManyChat is a great example.
This is helpful when a business only has 1-2 people running it. The chatbot could be tied into flows for more options.

the user experience of this request is as follows, (no limited to SMS but also should work on WhatsApp, Fb, IG if possible), when contacted by a customer keywords trigger actions, might be a response in the same channel, adding to crm/pipeline etc. I', attaching images from manychat.com and sendpuls.com, both tools (along with others) do that.

I'm not sure if this is the solution you're looking for, however there IS a "New Incoming Chat Message" trigger that you can base a flow off of. That should get you there with the SMS step & response branches.
I'm sure you're looking for something more robust using Dialog Flow though (as am I).
