Add "Tag" as option to the flow step "Add Example Contact"

At present, adding an example contact is useless as we cannot automatically trigger flows for that new contact.
As an absolute minimum, we need to be able to add a tag to these contacts at the point of creation and ideally all the options of a contact record.
Otherwise we just have to use Custom API, which is fine if you know what you're doing, but the average user struggles to turn on a computer.
