Ability to re-enable the quick start checklist

So my quick start checklist says I'm 100% complete with setup. #1 I don't believe that's altogether true because I KNOW I'm missing some steps. #2 But also, I'd like the ability to re-expand/re-enable the list so I can be sure of the steps needed.
Call it my safety net, but I'd like to have the option there :)
