Fix Copy Flow in Folders & Sticky Sorting

Whenever the copy button is clicked, the copied flow does not populate within the folder it was copied inside.
This requires backtracking to the main "Automations" folder, then dragging into the intended folder, which just adds unnecessary friction.
Along with this, whenever we click the sort button, say we have things in a numbered or Alphabetical order -- Every time we re-open FT, those settings don't save, so we see 10-1 or Z-A by default vs what we clicked to set it to.
