This is paramount :) This will help route the query to the appropriate department with more clarifying information.
If we choose to collect the phone upfront we could create an SMS convo flow for the user here? Paradoxically.. i don't like adding my phone in upfront ( but that can be overcome with the right wording/trust ), but i do like getting replies to my phone as a user if i have navigated away from the page ( a bit like GHL ) and can continue the conversation from there.
