If we choose to collect the phone upfront we could create an SMS convo flow for the user here? Paradoxically.. i don't like adding my phone in upfront ( but that can be overcome with the right wording/trust ), but i do like getting replies to my phone as a user if i have navigated away from the page ( a bit like GHL ) and can continue the conversation from there.
