Ability to import tags from a CSV file and map them correctly to "Tags" for clients in FlowTrack

Robert just told me, "When importing contacts, tags are not supported. Meaning we don't have a field for tags when importing contacts so we don't save that information." It should be really simple to map one column in a CSV file to "Tags" in FlowTrack. Why isn't this already available?

Welcome Meg! I apologize for the incorrect info from our Tech Support. You can in-fact import Tags in a CSV file. After you import your CSV file you will see a page allowing you to "Map" the fields in your File to FlowTrack fields including Tags.
