Ability to choose & pre select country code

The chat widget is not user-friendly because the prospect has to put in the "+" with their country code.
It would be great if we could choose and preselect "our" country code of choice so that all the visitor has to do is put in their phone number and it works

Chat is broken. I have been on support for days now and they don't see to understand the issues. Right now, if you toggle to capture email, name, and phone, and only make the email required, it won't start a chat. Only if you delete the phone number the user can proceed.

This is what it looks like inside Flowtrack, choose your country and it adds the country code for you. That's good, however, it still requires you to drop the zero when entering.
How a lot of other software works is to choose your country and it formats it automatically.
Would be good to have this everywhere including in the chat widget.

If something as simple as a chat widget doesn't work simply & easily the first time then we're going to lose enquiries & opportunities
